Our raison d’etre
As a business and technology consultant with almost 30 years of IT and 25 years of
telecommunications experience under my belt, I have decided to offer my services
directly to my clients as opposed to through one of the usual consulting or systems
integration companies. This allows my clients to take advantage of neutral and objective
opinion and advice as opposed to relying on the often subjective or biased advice
offered by the consultants in the payroll of system integration, software vendor
or network equipment companies.
My primary objective is to allow companies take advantage of my years of experience
in planning, designing and delivering large transformational projects for the telecommunications
industry and, as a result, better manage the risk associated with such initiatives
and increase the chance of putting into service that which was initially conceived.
My main objectives are to provide:

Enterprise Architecture support (technology, process, organisation) to the telecommunications
deep subject matter expertise and experience in the area of telecommunications Network
and Service Operations encompassing technology (OSS), process and organization
support for service, departmental & corporate strategy development
full product life-cycle planning of telecommunications services
