Overview
Through the years, I have had the privilege to work on many interesting projects in the telecommunications industry across the globe in various roles and responsibilities
Some of these projects were for mobile carriers, others for wireline carriers and
many more for equipment and infrastructure manufacturers. Many were for Tier 1 or
Tier 2 incumbent carriers, several for new start-
Although diverse in many respects, all of these projects had one thing in common: they all contributed in one way or another to a positive transformation of the contracting company.
Significant Projects
More significant projects included:
- Development and implementation of the first Intelligent Network (IN/AIN) in Germany for Deutsche Telekom
- Defined the initial blueprint of the Next Generation Service and System Management
(NGSSM) within the Deutsche Telekom NG-
Factory programme - Development of the TDC Enterprise Architecture (EAP) within the overall TDC NetCo/ServCo/VASCo model
- Definition of the initial blueprint of the BT-
Wholesale Service Assurance Journey (SAJ) - Implementation of the Automated Service Fulfillment project for TELUS
- Definition of the Network & Service Creation Management Master Plans for both Processes and IT for Telecom Italia
